Grip Kendama New Year’s Contest

Competition Status: Inactive

While in-person kendama events were still beginning to gain momentum, the annual Grip Kendama New Year’s Contest was an inclusive opportunity for players of multiple skill levels to compete in their own unique fashion, both through their kendama play and their editing. Video entries were uploaded mostly via YouTube, and after the deadline for entries passed, winners were chosen by the owner of Grip Kendamas, Luke Evans. They were rewarded with one of his heavily sought after custom Grips.
