Catch & Flow brings an intense and explosive energy to both competitors and spectators alike. Players from all of the world gather to face off in this head to head freestyle competition, showcasing a wide array of styles, tricks, and approaches to the game. Competitors are critiqued on a number of different criteria’s, including trick difficulty, combo fluidity, and even stage use and presence. The event’s approach to competitive freestyle was so successful that the format is now a staple in most freestyle divisions, phasing out 7-to-Spike around 2016.
